European Project SESEI (https://sesei.eu) is organizing the 4th edition of its “Indo-European Conference on Standards & Emerging Technologies” scheduled to be held on Thursday, 7th December 2023 in Hybrid Mode at Hotel Lalit, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi 110001.
The Indo-European Conference on Standards & Emerging Technologies is a platform for standardisation community, researchers, industry and academia to come together and discuss the latest advancements in standards and new technologies its applications in various fields. The conference will provide a comprehensive overview of role of standards and policies for advancement and efficacy in the field of Smart Cities, Circular Economy and Digital Security.
We are providing some information for the participants to ensure smooth registration and comfortable stay in New Delhi, India.

2. CONFERENCE FACILITIES AND REGISTRATION
Participation for the conference is free, however registration is mandatory. All participants are requested to provide their details on the registration link. (https://iecset2023.bharatexhibitions.com/reg.html).
A confirmatory mail will be sent to you along with your participation details.
At the Conference venue a Registration Counter will be set up in the pre-function area, outside Crystal Ballroom at 08:00 Hours on Thursday, 7th of December 2023 for handing out the delegate kits and badges.
3. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
“The LaLiT Hotel” (Conference Venue) is recommended for all participants to stay during the event. The deadline of the reservation is Monday, 30th October 2023. Booking can be done by dropping a mail with reservation form (appended below) at ranjeet@bharatexhibitions.com

Room cancellation policy is as follows (note: the date below is the notified day of the room cancellation and the percentage is a ratio of a penalty fee to the room rate):

• 100% on the check-in date or when not stay

4. VISA AND IMMIGRATION INFORMATION
All foreign visitors entering India must have a valid passport. Participants from countries whose citizens require a visa should, in advance, apply for a visa to an Indian consulate or diplomatic mission in their respective country prior to departure. Participants are also advised to contact their local travel agents or carriers.
Those participants who need the Visa Invitation letter, please contact the personnel mentioned below in the organizing committee and all the necessary papers will be provided.
